施百俊是國立屏東大學文化創意產業學系教授兼學術副校長，專長為故事與劇本創作、數位內容、科技管理與投資等。曾經創辦/顧問十餘家數位內容科技相關公司，並長期擔任中央與地方政府各式計劃委員，為國內重要的跨領域專家，著有《文化創意產業企劃實務》、《故事與劇本寫作》、《開心玩文創》……等數十部專著。同時也是「台客武俠」小說的創始人，曾獲文化部電視劇本創作獎、華文世界電影小說獎、溫世仁武俠百萬大賞等重要文藝獎項。近年專注於創作屏東文化音樂戲劇《俠貓》《步月火燒》(明華園戲劇總團)、《唱吧唱吧》《大同新村》等，已累積超過百萬觀眾，是屏東說文化故事的第一把交椅。

SHIH Bai-jiun is a professor in the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries at National Pingtung University and serves as the Academic Vice President. His expertise includes story and scriptwriting, digital content, technology management, and investment. He has founded or consulted for more than ten companies related to digital content technology and has long served as a committee member for various central and local government projects, making him an important interdisciplinary expert in Taiwan. He has authored dozens of books, including “Practical Planning for Cultural and Creative Industries”（《文化創意產業企劃實務》）, “Story and Script Writing”（《故事與劇本寫作》）, and “Enjoying Cultural Creativity”（《開心玩文創》）. Additionally, he is the founder of the “Tai-Ke Wuxia” (Taiwanese Martial Arts) novels and has won significant literary awards such as the Ministry of Culture’s Television Scriptwriting Award, the Award for Chinese Cinema Fiction, and the Wen Sayling Wuxia Novel Award Grand Prize. In recent years, he has focused on creating cultural and musical dramas in Pingtung, such as “The Hero Cat”（《俠貓》）and “Walking on the Moon, Fire Burns”（《步月火燒》）(performed by Ming Hwa Yuan Arts & Cultural Group), “SING! SING! SING!” and “Village of Great Unity”, attracting over a million viewers and making him a leading figure in telling Pingtung’s cultural stories.
