博士/頂頭角轎班董事兼副主委

東港人擔任七角頭轎班的寶貴價值，乃世襲罔替，是父往子繼，繫世代 相傳，而百年不墬。

蔡東祐的曾祖父蔡白先生，為頂頭角公廟東隆壇廟址捐地人之一，亦為頂頭角世襲轎班。藉由其長達十年以上的研究與紀錄，透過與角頭轎班耆老們進行系統性訪談與整理，並承襲參與角頭轎班事務，冀望以紀錄角頭轎班所應承傳的各項禮儀與職務為基礎，撰寫出《己丑正科東港迎王與七角頭轎班的傳承》研究。

In Donggang, the valuable tradition of serving as a palanquin bearer for the Seven Jiaotou factions is hereditary, passed down from father to son, and has been upheld for over a century.

TSAI Dung-you’s great-grandfather, Mr. TSAI Pai, was one of the donors of the land for the Dingtoujiao Donglong Altar Temple and was a hereditary palanquin bearer for Dingtoujiao. With over ten years of research and documentation, TSAI has conducted systematic interviews with the elders of the Jiaotou palanquin teams and participated in the affairs of the Jiaotou palanquin team. His goal is to document and preserve the rituals and duties that should be inherited by the Jiaotou palanquin teams. This effort culminated in his research and writing of “Inherited Duties of Dingtoukai Palanquin Porters in Donggang Wangye Inspection Ceremony in 2009.”
